Intuitive Wellness: What It Is, And Why You Need It.
What is Intuitive Wellness? A Game Changer, That’s What.
Remember in September of 2021 when the Navy and the Pentagon released multiple videos confirming their knowledge of UFO/UAP existence?
Well, if you were a believer in an unidentified aerial phenomenon in August of 2021, you were considered “crazy” or a “conspiracy theorist,” even though there were decades of proof saying otherwise.
This is not unlike the genre of consciousness, energy healing, and intuitive insights. There are decades upon decades of scientific information available regarding studies conducted about the validity of intuition and the reason that it is a valuable tool in your own health and wellness.
Here are a few reasons why developing your intuition is good for you:
You begin to trust your decision-making process. You know that nagging voice that’s rooted in fear that makes you second guess every little thing? This voice: “Should I bring a jacket? What if I can’t get (insert whatever)?” You know that voice. The one that makes life incredibly harder than it has to be. When you develop your intuition, you begin to learn to trust yourself and tune out the fear-based questions.
Stress levels begin to lower. We all know that stress is the cause of so many physical and mental ailments within the body. But yet we overload ourselves with stress. Add its best friend anxiety to the mix and you have a recipe for chronic illness. However, the more we take the time to develop our intuition, the more we become aware of what is important and what can wait. We tune into ourselves and that little bit of breathing room leads the way to a lighter, less stressful lifestyle.
Anxiety levels decrease. Think about it this way: when you are in touch with your intuition, you will know when something is off, and how to deal with it. When you are living in an anxious state, everything seems like something to worry about. We all deserve a worryless life.
External validation becomes less important. The more you step into your intuition and allow yourself to truly embody yourself, the things that you use to externally validate yourself fall away. Less money is spent on things and more time is spent doing what you love.
You stop connecting with people through misery. Once you begin to realize that certain people bond with other people by complaining, (weather, inflation, kids, work, etc.) the more sensitive you will become to it. In fact, you will no longer be able to do it. You begin to feel an inner happiness that is more fulfilled by having conversations about things that don’t involve complaining. And the less you provide validation to those complaining around you, the more they will stop doing it too. The result is a more positive interaction and therefore a more positive, engaging life path.
Developing your intuition is essentially putting on your safety mask first before you can help others. If you aren’t functioning at your best, how can you expect others around you to give you theirs?
We spend so much of our time thinking about other people, things, work, etc. Developing your intuition is something that is key to finding out what it is you desire out of this life. Isn’t it time to put yourself first?
