This One Thing Is the Easiest and Quickest Way To Raise Your Vibration.
When dipping your toes in the water of wellness and mindfulness, you will hear buzzwords like “vibration” and “practicing gratitude” exorbitantly.
Hearing them repeatedly still doesn’t explain why they are used so much. The truth is, that understanding those words and what they actually mean is the first step to becoming a healthier version of yourself.
And no, it’s not a requirement on the journey into wellness, self-care, and intuition development to begin talking about vibration and gratitude all day long. Still, you do need to know exactly what they are and how to utilize them properly.
So let’s break it down simply:
Like attracts like, or as Dr. Joe Dispenza says, “Energy flows where your attention goes.” If you want good things to happen and come into your life, you have to focus on good things now.
Getting out of an ingrained pattern of focusing on all the things you don’t have, or what is irritating, etc., to get into a cycle of attracting positive things and experiences that make you happy is what is meant by the term “raising your vibration.” Things that resonate at a positive vibrational frequency also require a positive vibrational frequency to draw them in. LIKE. ATTRACTS.LIKE.
So, how do you begin this process of utilizing your vibrational frequency as a positive magnet? It’s simple. The first step is the easiest and most important step: learning how to Practice Gratitude. The key is to learn how to practice it until it becomes your natural way of being.
But how does being grateful help to raise our vibration?
It works because it’s scientifically proven to do so.
A human being’s natural vibrational frequency is around 52-70 MHz.
Gratitude resonates at about the same frequency as love. You know that buzzy feeling you get when you are in love? That’s the same frequency and feeling being in a state of appreciation brings you. That vibrational frequency is 528 MHz.
It also happens to be the same frequency proven to have self-healing properties. This was demonstrated after the 2010 BP Oil Spill. The excerpt below originally appeared on mindvibrations.com and you can read the whole thing here.
An experiment conducted by John and Nancy Hutchinson in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010 demonstrated the impact of 528 Hz on water.
Following the infamous BP oil spill known as “Deepwater Horizon”, the pair used the 528 Hz and other Solfeggio frequencies to treat the water.
With just four hours of exposure, they were able to reduce the amount of oil and grease in a section of ocean from 7 parts per million to just 1 parts per million.
This amazing feat was later confirmed by Dr. Robert Naman and the Analytical Chemical Testing Laboratory, Inc., who concluded: “It is clear that the process may have extreme value”.
If our bodies are roughly 70% water and raising our vibration through gratitude to the frequency of 528hz, we are able to naturally detoxify our cells.
By practicing gratitude, you are essentially unlocking the key to attracting what you want into your life and reaping immense health benefits simultaneously.
In fact, according to UCLA Health “Many benefits of gratitude also support heart health. Improving depression symptoms, sleep, diet and exercise reduces the risk of heart disease. Several studies show that a grateful mindset positively affects biomarkers associated with the risk for heart disease.
A 2021 review of research also finds that keeping a gratitude journal can cause a significant drop in diastolic blood pressure — the force your heart exerts between beats. Having grateful thoughts, even if you don’t write them down, also helps your heart by slowing and regulating your breathing to synchronize with your heartbeat.”
If this information was widely taught in schools or even at yearly physical exams, imagine how much that could improve our well-being as a culture!
